Located in Valle de la Grulla, there’s a ranch from the XIX century (1890) called rancho Santo Domingo where wine has been made for 4 generations. From lovely rose’s to powerful Nebbiolos. Award winning wines are just waiting to be discovered.
MD winery is another quaint estate and family run production, reach out to them to see if they are having suckling pig on the round fire. The whole area is surrounded by oak trees which contributes to its natural beauty.

In downtown Ensenada tucked away in an off the tourist beaten path, at Cava San Antonio de las Minas in Valle de Guadalupe, but its origins date back to 1888 to the Santo Tomas valley, where it interrupted its production a few times since it’s been opened but now is one of the top producing wineries in all Mexico.
