- Bring layers: Valley’s weather can vary, so pack a mix of sun protection and cooler evening wear. Check for the seasonal weather report. Summers can be over 115 F and winters can be quite cold. All the terrain in Valle is farmland, so make sure to avoid stiletto style shoes, it’s more of a boots and cute sneakers scenario. Protect your feet!!
- Have local currency: While many places accept cards, it’s good to carry cash for smaller vendors and food trucks.
- Stay hydrated: With wine tastings and outdoor activities, make sure to drink plenty of water.
- Hire a driver: At the end of the day, make sure to not be drinking and driving. Ensenada has set out to make sure everyone is safe from exploring wineries and restaurants and we understand that things can get a bit tipsy. Fortunately, there are plenty of transportation and tour service providers in the area.
